SUCCESSFUL INAUGURATION EVENT OF THE
COLOMBIAN CZECH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

With the attendance of the Chancellor, its excellence, Mrs. Carolina Barco, of Mr. Ambassador of the Czech Repulic in Colombia, its excellence, Mr. Joseph Rychtar, of Mr. Ambassador of Colombia in Austria and Concurrent Ambassador for the Czech Republic, Rosso Jose Serrano Cadena, of Mr. Ambassador of Slovakia in Colombia and Concurrent Ambassador from Brazil, Mr. Marián Masarik, distrital authorities of foreign trade, departmental authorities and mayors of the region center of the Sabana of Bogota, and with more than 150 industralists, was carried out the inauguration of the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce, in which the objectives of the commercial partners considered and the potential subjects for the opening of new markets with new actors interested in deepening and both increasing the flow of currencies between countries.

Colombia and the Czech Republic reflects the greatness and the hope of their towns

The President of the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Pedro Julio Caro Jiménez, expressed in his greeting of welcome to the concurrence, the certainty in the initiative of knowing how to optimize the kindness of commerce, science and the technology, starting with the existing bases in the evolution of post modernity, conjugating the innovating times earth, man, capital, knowledge, science and technology, for the total enjoyment of the wisdom in which the man is pawned to conquer the happiness and the progress of the humanity, standing out that today the trade balance sample favorable optimistic figures of growth to Colombia, and up to the criteria of Mr. President of the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce, it’s thank to the Colombian Chancellor, its excellence Mrs. Carolina Barco and the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, its excellence, Mr. Joseph Rychtar, handle representatives of their respective countries. The recognition and the exaltation to the Colombian Chancellor and the Czech Ambassador were emphasized by the Colombian industralists and Czech assistants.

On the other hand, the Minister of Foreign Relations, her excellence, Mrs. Carolina Barco, offered a total endorsement to the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce, affirming that colombo - czech commercial relations are being born in the most important moment of the, being satisfactory, along with the effort of the commercial relations, and it will improve and increase not only the traditional headings, but the new perspective that demand innovations of new products in the market, like sweets, candies and chocolates, fresh fruits, flowers, special coffee and industrial footwear. Mrs. Chancellor committed herself in continuing promoting multilateral agreements of the markets with the Czech Republic and to accompany the initiatives by the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce so that the mutual confidence exists and to both parts to make commercial relations the sustainable growth of benefits for towns.

Historical growth of the commercial relations between Colombia and the Czech Republic

The Ambassador of the Czech Republic, his excellence, Mr. Joseph Rychtar, ratified his endorsement to the Colombian Czech Chamber of Commerce and emphasized that the previous year the exports grew more than 100 %, which demonstrates and endorses with numbers, the optimism of a growth without antecedents between the Czech Republic and Colombia in his trade balance, and the magnificent state of understanding of the relations between both countries. He considers that in more than 10 years like Ambassador all along the world, is in Colombia and in the last year, in where more satisfaction he has experimented with good results, and specially, the extraordinary atmosphere of security and confidence that the present Government has given to the presence of the foreign investment. Mr. Ambassador makes praises of total satisfaction to the policy of President Uribe, which is guarantee of confidence for the Czech society and its Government, who at recent time with its Chancellor, his excellence, Mr. Cyril Svoboda, in his visit to Colombia had expressed his total support to the bilateral relations with great optimism and deeply affected by the spirit of cooperation, understanding and growth of commercial, cultural, scientific and technological bows that had lately appeared between the Czech Republic and Colombia.
